The quality of the design with Warren Ralston, the selection process for the finishes, the quality and timeliness of the construction of the home, and the focus on getting the construction wrapped up in a very timely manner, was first class. For a home of almost 9,000 sf on 3 floors to be completed in roughly 6 months, in spite of the very difficult cold temperatures this past Winter and persistent rain showers this Spring, was incredible! The construction team we dealt with day in and day out, Todd Garrison and Roger Burns, became like family to us and provided weekly updates in writing on our construction schedule.
